I took the waffle iron from Berlin and we immediately put it to good use: It's fun to make Sunday mornings a bit different :) We even made savoury waffles with cabbage and cheese ;) And this was my study set-up for organic chemistry (I am so glad it is over and done with) We took part in the Rhine Clean Up, we basically just picked garbage up around the whole area. I found a ball, a had and a pair of shorts. Lino found an axe! We got gloves and bags and these pincer things, they were fun to use. We also had a game night with Joshi and Henri :) This game was super confusing but I won! And for my birthday, Lino got us a pressure cooker! Sounds a bit funny but we have been thinking of getting one for quite some time (because I cook so many beans) and this one is from WMF, so it was not cheep. And we had some fancy carramelle (a sort of long ravioli) for supper And this dish that I copied from Ben :) We played some games :) The giant version of course ;) Next day was Lino's birthda

Anna came to Karlsruhe!! She was doing an internship in Frankfurt so I suggested she comes over for the weekend :) We ended up making bracelets the whole evening. But I did show her the main streets in Karlsruhe! The next week Lino was in Prague with his friends On the weekend I actually sat down and watched a movie for the whole afternoon. Haven't done that in ages but it is really relaxing! It was quite hot in Karlsruhe so we made deconstructed cold curry bowls, very nice in the summer I also made safron corn pasta Waaaay less nice in the summer (or any time of the year, for that matter) Lino and I went to the Epplesee, a big lake outside of Karlsruhe It was 34° degrees outside Very very nice! I had a bit too much fun with the camera After that we went out to this little Indian place next to our house. It was great! The waiter wasn't sure if we could handle the spice, but we sure did! And then after that! We went to see the Schlosslichtspiele, they are these big lightshows t
